My name is Meaghan Adamski and I am the owner, designer and sugar flower artist behind Just Iced Custom Cakes. I was raised in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia Canada, I come from a large family and am married with three young boys.  In addition to getting to create these beautiful wedding cakes, I have been a dental hygienist practicing in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia for the past 13 years.  I have found the perfect balance doing what I love most!

 

I fell in love with the edible art of cakes while planning my own wedding back in 2010.  Art has always been apart of my life,  I have been acrylic painting alongside my mother who is an accomplished local artist.  Having a creative background, passion and love for all things beautiful has led me to turn my passion into a business.  After years of research and educating myself on this craft, I developed a great passion for the art of sugar flowers. Every flower is handcrafted, petal by petal from sugar paste to look completely life-like.  It is such a privilege to create these boutique wedding cakes with intricate designs and delicious flavours; a perfect addition to your wedding day!
